Request data deletion

Send a manual request

1. Email nandish2614@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject BrightSmile WhatsApp Demo Privacy Request and state that you want your demo data deleted.
3. Include the WhatsApp number used and the approximate date/time of your test messages. Do not include medical information, passwords, PINs, OTPs or identity documents.

The operator may ask for proportionate confirmation that you control the relevant account. Requests are handled manually; there is no automatic WhatsApp deletion command or guaranteed completion deadline.

What the review covers

Relevant n8n execution history, message-ID duplicate-detection entries and identifiable copies under our control. We will respond with the action taken and any remaining retention limit.

Backup/export inventory and retention have not yet been fully verified. Deletion of live records does not prove that all historical copies have been erased. We cannot erase information independently retained by Meta, ngrok or other providers; requests about their own records should also be directed to them.

Stopping messages prevents further voluntary test submissions but does not delete earlier data.
